EMS Football Offseason Workout Clothing and Physicals

Hello, I just wanted to send this information out for our athletes and parents to use. I have attached an order form for our official EMS Football Offseason workout clothing. They are a high quality and last a long time for our offseason workouts and for our RHS Football summer workouts and camps. We also make them very cost effective. The set - (Shirt and shorts) are for a total price of $20. You can order multiple sets if you would like. The order form and money needs to be turned in by March 1st. This should give our athletes plenty of time to turn it in. We would like for all of our athletes to have these, and if the cost is an issue please let me know - I would like for all of our athletes to have the opportunity to have our EMS Football workout clothing. This can be cash or check. If you use a check please make the check payable to (EMS Football). I have attached the order form to my previous email.

Also our athlete physicals are good for one year from the date of the physical. If any of our athletes currently needs a physical this is a great, cost effective option. I have included this information about getting a physical below.

As I have said before we already have everything that your athlete needs for football at EMS.
These are some of the only things that need to be provided.

Ozark Urgent Care will do sports physicals for 25 dollars.  They have Bentonville location (almost Rogers) that is by Krispy Kreme number 464-0400 and a Lowell location number 770-4343.
