Hello to all, we had another great week of Football Offseason. Our athletes are improving with each work out. Next week we will have a slight alteration to our schedule. We are having Parent / Teacher Conferences next Monday – 2/11 and Tuesday 2/12 here at Elmwood, so next week we will only have our 7th Grade Football Offseason workouts on Wednesday and Thursday. We will not have our workout on Tuesday in order to allow our athletes to attend the EMS Parent / Teacher Conferences.
The weather is looking to be nice next week for Wednesday and Thursday so this will give us an opportunity to go outside in order to work on our football skills. This week is going to be a lot of fun as we implement more football skills and work on our football positions. Our student athletes are doing a good job of successfully completing the tasks that I am giving them. They have been working on their strength, correct lifting form, agility, and quickness. We are having a great time and their team work and attitudes have been excellent!
