EMS Football - Weekly Update

    Thank you to all who attended our Parent and Player Meeting on Wednesday evening. It was a great time to get acquainted, and to become informed on the wonderful things that await us in the Elmwood Raider Football Program and the Rogers Mountie Football Program! I have attached our Player Offseason Packet to this email for you to view if you were unable to attend the meeting. This should include all that you need to know about our upcoming offseason. Our official start date is Tuesday, January 20th. We are looking forward to it!! We are excited about the 2015 Elmwood Raider Football Team!!

EMS Football - Weekly Update

Hello to all, just a quick announcement that we will have a 6th and 7th grade Parent and Player Meeting for all current players and students who would like to play football next season for Elmwood on Wednesday, December 17th. This meeting will take place in the Elmwood Cafeteria
from 6:00 – 6:45 pm. We will meet and discuss important topics regarding our offseason program that will begin in January. I will have a specific date that we will start our offseason available shortly and I will discuss that at our meeting. We will have our offseason workouts on Tue. – Thur. from 3:00 – 4:30. This is going to be a fun time where we will emphasize improvement on strength, speed, quickness, agility, and an in depth understanding of the Rogers Mountie Football Defensive and Offensive scheme and skill work. It is sure to be a great time, and very valuable as we enter into a new season. We will address a variety of topics, and any questions that you may have at our Parent and Player Meeting on December 17th. Thank you for your valuable time and support!!
