Dear Parents,

Hello to all, this is just a quick announcement from Coach Hattier in regards to Football offseason, which will begin after Christmas Break. A lot of exciting things await our football players as they transition from the 8th grade and into Roger Mountie Football as a 9th grader. For the first couple of months (January – March), our players will be driven over to the RHS football facilities on Tue., Wed., and Fri after school. They will take Bus #11 that will be waiting for them. It will leave promptly at 3:05. Their offseason will be directed by Coach Flannigan and his staff at RHS. This will be a great time to work out at a state of the art facility and to also work with our outstanding Coaches at RHS. The offseason sessions usually go until 4:30. Coach Flannigan, and the 9th Grade Coaches (Coach Hahn, and Coach Aldridge), will meet with our football players on (Thursday, Dec, 13th) morning from 7:25 – 7:50 in order to inform our players on how offseason will go. After Spring Break we will change our offseason schedule to Tue., and Wed. our 8th graders will work out at EMS in the morning before school with their 9th Grade Coaches. On Thur. they will take the bus to RHS after school for their offseason workout. Please encourage your student athlete to be at our important player meeting (Thursday, Dec, 13th) morning from 7:25 – 7:50 where they will visit with Coach Flannigan and the 9th Grade Coaches.

Also, congratulations to our basketball team for it's outstanding start! We are excited for their success!! Any football players who are currently playing basketball at EMS will simply join us for football offseason after basketball season is over.
